Yesterday, I ordered a wow meal at 2:30 AM and the customer representative told me it will take 30 minutes to arrive at my place. At 3:30 AM I called them to ask about my order but they put the phone call on hold. I tried again and again but they did the same by putting my call on hold after telling me that let them have a look and never getting back. After the 4th or 5th time at around 4:00 AM their customer support told me that they don't deliver the Pizza's to F.B Area after 2:30 AM. Like heavens sake if they would have told me before I would never have waited. At around 5:00 AM in the morning a delivery driver from Pizza hut arrives at my place with my order and expects me to pay and told me that he came from North Karachi!! Pizza Hut is simply not the same as it used to be. Their customer support is miserable and the pizza has lost its quality.
This is one of the best places in Winnipeg to have halal and an amazing food specially their Calezon. Its a bit far from University of Manitoba but still its worth going there. If you are in Winnipeg than City Pizza's Calezon is a must to have. I would love to have it everyday for the rest of my life.
So far this is the best university in Canada. It has a boundary rather than scattered buildings. It gets really cold in Winnipeg so there are underground tunnels fully heated so in winters with an outside temperature of -45C you won't even feel it as long as you live on campus and travel through tunnels. People are really nice and the staff is also very cooperative. Education is great as well.

I stayed in the Shelbourne for Christmas and what a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. The room was fabulous and the hotel was very festive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt very safe in the current climate
This is a great business hotel in a good location where I stayed multiple times last year. Very walkable with a huge Mall underground and adjacent. Literally 100s of restaurants nearby. The hotel is luxe with all amenities. We love the cafe / bar area and the breakfast is outstanding in terms of variety and quality. Very nice rooms and spacious by Korean standards. I used the airport limousine service which uses BMW 7 series, perfect service and super punctual. My place in Seoul :-)
We stayed in February, and were in a junior suite. Large, clean quiet room with a walk in shower. My wife and I had our own sinks in separate areas, and we had an outside private sitting area. Great room. There was a terrace one floor above us, with lovely views of the city and the Atlas mountains, and wonderful for viewing the sunset. The pool is lovely, and is heated. The entire property is beautiful, and luxurious, and is a quiet, tranquil oasis. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and it a great way to start the day. Easy walk to the heart of the medina. We had dinner at the restaurant one night, and it was a great meal and well worth it. We had a really enjoyable stay
From checkin to checkout the process was hassle free. We were always concerned about the precautions taken by the hotel and as soon as we checked in we were happy to see every member of the hotel in masks and a shield. We were there to celebrate our son’s birthday and during this unfortunate time the hotel Staff was very warm and welcoming. helping us with all the meals in room & keeping to all our requests. We hope to visit the hotel very soon

The hotel is nice and located centrally. Forget about breakfast, it’s nothing to write home about. The restaurant was closed in the evening as well. But there are more than enough options abstimmen nearby.
Hotel is very good. Hotel service are good and hotel staff are speaking well and giving respect correct manner . Swimming and gym cotch mr.Maniarasan training is good and well. Food is very good and hygiene.
The staffs were very friendly and cooperative . The food order was taken and they made sure that the food is served in the most hygienic way and within 20 mins of ordering it . The bathroom was very clean and smelled fresh. The staffs do ask if we need anything. Amantra gives soaps , handwashes etc free when one checks in . The room is provided with handy coffee making pouches and kettles which was really good . The room service is very active .
Dusit Thani is one of the most prestigious chain of hotels. The Abu Dhabi hotel is well situated in All manners. Down town is just few minutes away. Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island.
We stayed 2 nights this week, for a special anniversary. They are renovating . But manager and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Very very clean and tidy. Beautiful pillows and bed very comfortable. And food was delicious every meal. Thankyou for all you did for us. See you next year 🌹

I booked family room It’s 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Really nice hotel. Little bit far from Haram but they have bus shuttle every 1 hour. Good breakfast 🍳. I stayed here with my mom and my wife so family room is perfect 👌. WiFi in the room
Such a great hotel in North Pattaya, very easy to access. The hotel has a great swimming park separating the quiet zone and children area. The view from the hotel room is not the best as the hotel's building is perpendicular to the Pattaya beach. Breakfast buffet is great.
Really nice and small Hotel right in the city center of Baku. Despite the size it offers more than expected. It is equipped with a restaurant and bar in the top floor. Reception, lobby and small shop in the ground floor.

This is a very posh area and amazing place, the whole area smells of flower. It is such an amazing achievement, man made island connected with roads and underpass and the air is fresh, private apartments and houses on the side. When you go there open the car window for the fresh fragrance of flower.
We just stayed for an overnight stopover and didn't really use any of the facilities but the room was nice and comfortable. Plus we couldn't hear any noise from the road. The staff were friendly we would happily stay here again.
The entire B&B was very warm and welcoming. It was like being in a lovely home. The staff was very gracious and attentive. The location was so central to many attractions. We love every minute of our stay at the Annabelle. Would definitely recommend it .
Lovely and quiet. Not too Modern but spacious rooms. Took a 2 room (each ensuite) linked room with living room which is really large, would class more like a large 2 bedroom apartment.

Very clean, fun kind dealers and helpful staff following all covid precautions to the best of their ability! Good music great atmosphere not overcrowded highly recommended over the other casinos downtown! And the hotel is beautiful with gorgeous views!

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Maria Regina for two nights. It was a good experience staying there. The staff were extremely helpful to guests, and made their best to make guests comfortable. On my way back to the airport, they offered a car at a rate lower than that of cabs in Rome.
Nice hotel with small but comfortable rooms. The staff was very professional and helpful. The have a little bar to take a drink in the evening. The breakfast is very good and they have a huge variety of meals, even gluten free products.
Rooms are located in clusters away from the the lobby and cafe. All are connected by walkways winding around a couple of swimming pools. No proper signage on how to locate the rooms. Get porters to carry your luggage. Room is large and clean. Breakfast spread has good variety. Hotel has disco and casino.
The location at Pitt Street was brilliant as it was so central. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The rooms were light, airy and very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that although there were plenty of glasses and crockery there was limited kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook in the apartment.
Had a very relaxed stay at Park Hyatt Vienna. It's my home away from home. So much love Hyatt. ❤❤

Rooms are spacious and clean. Has a bathrobe in the bathroom. Separate bath tub and shower. They don’t have a microwave in the rooms though.
Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!!!! Super close to the train station, spotless clean. Room service great! There’s 3 restaurants in the hotel, bar, you can smoke hookah at the pool.
Honestly the hotel is super nice and the rooms are spacious. The only issue is that there is no outlet/plug point in the room on the side of the bed. Only on the opposite side of the room near the TV.
Excellent Hotel! I booked Hilton Convention but due to maintenance works was moved to Hilton suites. It was an amazing experience. Other than expensive paid parking, their isn't any issue I can think of. The staff were great especially the ones at the gate and in the restaurant! 👍 👌

I had a great experience at the Doubletree, the staff was friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Additionally majority of them speak English. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the 13 floor looked amazing.

This hotel was great. It's right around the corner from a popular shopping street and right behind the nearest subway entrance. The rooms are clean and pretty big. The best part was definitely the breakfast. Between our Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong visits, this hotel had the best breakfast by a long shot.

No one had mentioned that this place was in old udaipur so no cars can go there. The car drops u off to a certain point and then u have to either walk or take a rickshaw which is 100 rupees each way for a 2 min ride. The showers are sooo cold. Hot water only lasts 20-30 seconds. Beautiful rooftop though. And food is subpar

The hotel is an older building and has been remodeled. It has a lot of charm special the elevator. What it made it very practical was the location. In the middle of the city, very quiet,10 minutes walk from the train station, and safe.

One of the nicest hotels in Jerusalem. Very well located, minutes from the main road entrance and from the Old City. Good transportation too. Welcoming service and amazing rooms. They have a very good restaurant and bar open until late hours. I very much recommend!
One of my favorite all-time hotels. Real art in every room and thematic rooms. What also stands out is the truly excellent staff who really go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the attached restaurant 'Forage' was beautiful and really good. Nice amenities, like free sparkling water. Good view from my room and reasonably quiet, while smack dab in the middle of town.
Good hotel in good location. The room can be a bit noisy from the street but I guess that is expected. There is free snacks and coffee in 27th floor but the snacks are gone after the evening, also free wine at 17h. Overall a good experience. Quite a nice view from the top balcony.
Let me start with praising about the receptionists. They were always smiling, very attentive and helpful whenever we have met. Thank you so much!!!!! Our room had a nice sea view, the airconditioning was perfect, the bed comfortable. I would come back to this hotel at anytime😊
I was thinking for a long time whether to give 3 or 4 stars. The hotel is stunning inside out of course, pictures speak for themselves. The service was also great everyone was super helpful, polite and patient. The food was great. The rooms, I think should be refurbished in some places. However, on weekends (and sometimes weekdays) the hotel hosts live music followed by DJ at the pool. Our (original) room had an amazing view of the pool and the city but we could not sleep at night even with a window shut. The hotel did however try to accommodate our needs - they switched our rooms twice and we did end up having a very good night sleep.
Far from the city center. Luxury Restaurant and Hotel, Great outdoor pool. Rates are a little increased for this area. About 15 minutes of drive from Republic Square and the same for the Airport. No any good shops around, no exchange, no banks.
Wonderful place for a vacation! Lots of greenery, trees, palm trees, shade, pools... Lots of activities, great entertainment, delicious food and drinks. Everything you need in one place and everything is clean.
Only 2 dining experiences in my life have moved me to tears, and the most recent was at Catherine the Great Restaurant at the Hermitage Hotel. The service was out of this world, the food exceeded any world-class michelin star restaurants I have experienced. The food was so fresh (farm-to-table), and the artistry of the blends of flavors and presentation was brought to a symphony crescendo with the accompaniment of the grand piano. The ambiance transports you to Venice with the Venetian tapestries and French chandeliers, and the most enchanting candelabra that appeared to have a flirtatious smile. If you have never had a perfect experience, then all you have to do is make a reservation and prepare to have an emotional experience.
Good hotel, clean, center of algiers but expensive, a lot of noise caused by the police station next to it. Lovely staff Old Tv with only 3 frensh channels Old blanket But I will go there again if I have to. 😒😕😋
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff where incredibly welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The location was great, right near everything we wanted. The rooms where clean and the beds where incredibly comfortable and big!! We loved that we had complimentary access to the 24/7 gym, a 30 second walk from the hotel. Will defiantly be back to stay again. :)

Open again after a thorough renovation, this 100+ year old property sparkles. The location remains extraordinarily appealing, and the renovation puts the hotel firmly into the 21st century. Breakfast at the Brasserie remains one of the finest I have enjoyed at any hotel.

Amazing fully furnished apartment on level 26! Very clean, decent internet speed, all cooking utensils provided, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, coffee machine + pods. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and gym were immaculate. Views were great. Would defiantly stay here again.
Room was clean with good Covid protocols. Hotel was fairly empty with not a lot of shops open. Dining closes early and no room service. Not bad but definitely not worth the high price.

The staff were absolutely lovely especially the manager Mehmet. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, my partner and I stayed over Valentine’s Day and were pleased to see the microwave had an oven and grill feature too so we could cook with the provided appliances. There was a full bar and fridge although it was a bit pricey. The lazy Sunday feature is the best creation to come around. I have stayed in a number of different accommodations however this one was by far the most comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

The top hotel in Jeddah, and their buffet is fantastic but little bit overpriced. Food is high in quality, tasty, and there are lots of dishes to choose from. The best aspect that differ them from other buffets is the drinks, they have variety of fresh drinks and many other options with free refilling.
I had to wait to get my room.. they compensated the delay with drink and snacks ... Staff was very good... Also the room was very big and luxurious.. actually I got suit coz all rooms were full..
Good modern hotel for your stay while in Athens. Near many tourists sites & with a good restaurant with a beautiful view of the city of Athens. Food was good. Service was great & wine choices great. Love that the hotel has a private cinema with interesting features. Overall staff was welcoming & friendly.

It's a historic & luxury hotel built in 1909. In the past, it was sold to a Malaysian corporation (which won in the bidding), but the PH Supreme Court nullified the sale on the ground that The Manila Hotel is a part of Filipino heritage etc.. Despite it's age, Manila Hotel is still at par with new & 5-star hotels in Metro Metro.. Highly recommend for foreign travelers who may wish to experience the Filipino hospitality at its finest.
Stayed recently here. Very convenient location, walking distance to Union Square, Cable car station right next door. Room was clean and nicely kept. Service was great, front desk folks were very helpful. There is an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. We got some wine and other goodies in the welcome pack. Generally impressed with the place. Nice place to stay for a SF weekend getaway.
Oh my this place is majestic! The staff are awesome! I have heard a lot of good things about this hotel and can't wait to see it myself. So the moment I got here, my jaws are dropped because it is really amusing.
In Morocco, when you pay more, you get a slightly bigger room and better furniture, but you never get a clean room :)
Fantastic hotel. 3 mintues walking distance from the holy mosque of Madinah. Staff are welcoming and hospitable. Perfect customer service. Nicely designed lobby, spacious and clean rooms, clean bathrooms.
The place itself was amazing! Food was great as well. Customer service was "just ok" for 5-star hotel like this, there wasn't something that marked to me which could have probably changed my rating to 5, maybe because it was simply an ordinary customer experience.

We went to Platinum Grand for Iftar few days back. The restaurant was good, staffs were friendly and wash rooms were clean as well. There are prayer rooms for both male and female at level five. Foods were tasty but not a good value for money. Items should be increased as compared to the price.
Rooms are large and spacious. My room had 2 balconies and a huge tv. Every floor has a router that you loose internet at various times of the day. Food is good and breakfast has good options. It's a bit far from the central area of Baku. Overall I had a wonderful experience here.
Never had a problem here. My third visit and I'll be back again. Very handy location for accessing both Sydney airports. Good to see some extra restaurants and food outlets that have now opened within walking distance to the units. We had a meal at one of the new places which was quite good and not over the top price wise.

I stayed for 9 days there. Place is good and peaceful. Restaurant is on 1st floor. Room service & elevator available. Luggage ll be carried to & from room. Room service is just average but hotel charges are very affordable compared to other 4-star hotels.
Great location!! The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and adequately commodious. We had a great view of the river and bridge. Super safe and very reasonable parking under the hotel which for us was a huge plus. I'd highly recommend the hotel for the weekend traveller!

Good choice for relaxing and enjoying the nature somehow, but the beach is very small. In winter you'll enjoy walking under the stars between its corridors.
Unique hotel in The Rocks. Very handy to the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Be aware that there are lots of up and down stairs.... even on the same floor. The included breakfast was good. The bed was super comfy.

Helpful people and limited breakfast choice. The bad side is poor isolation, shower didn't get warm at all (in March) and only 1/3rd of the water came out of the head. All in all an acceptable stay. Don't think it's more than a 2star hotel.

Great hotel. Every time we are in Bangkok we mostly stay there. Roof terrace with restaurant and bars, huge open swimming pool on the gym floor and central situation of the hotel makes your stay very comfortable. I’m very impressed with The Westin Chosun, the location is perfect not only for easily getting around Seoul on the Subway but also the Myeong-dong area is fantastic to explore. The hotel itself provides outstanding service, the Executive Level King Rooms are spacious and the decor is not out dated. The lounge is a lovely area to relax at any time of the day, breakfast has lots of options. The spa and pool area are both spot on and I absolutely recommend the Men’s facial. I would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.
The room was good but missing many items. Hairdryer was not working.. no toothpastes and brush.. they are taking long time to answer my calls more than 3 rings.. the price on booking is different from thw hotel price claiming that taxes were not added. The information was not clearly communicated.. but in general the hotel is good and i like the lobby ..
Great hotel experience. Check in: after my car was taken to parking, check in was quick and I was offered a double upgrade to my room (I'm a Platinum member). Room: Spacious, with additional seating area and espresso machine. Fruit basket was waiting for me. Breakfast: as expected, everything was nice. Took delicious cappuccino for take away. One negative point - breakfast area had some burning smell coming from the kitchen. Club lounge: always exceptional experience. Delicious food with classical music and calm atmosphere with nice Amman views. I used both breakfast and dinner time snacks (especially enjoyed strawberries and kiwis). SPA/gym: warm pool with well equipped gym and hot sauna. Overall: great stay with amazing service.
For those who have a taste for fine architecture, Douglas House(one of hotel buildings in the overall hotel complex) is an exquisite architectural gem elegantly placed on the sloping terrains with partial views to the river. The building was one of the three original buildings built when the hotel first opened in the 60s, designed by the head figure of modernist architecture in Korea. The building is well preserved and the rooms are in good conditions due to a recent interior renovation. Staff service details and the simple but well kept library was a delightful feature of the stay. The pleasant experience at Walker Hill ended with a bad taste at the Pavilion(this is the lobby lounge in the main hotel building), with below par service. A disappointment, such a big slip from the rest of the experience. Just avoid the Pavilion
Nice hotel located quite central with very friendly service. We were welcomed warmly like a welcome guest and got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The room was nice and modern. There was free water not only in the room but also available on the floor. Even though we stayed only one night we got two breakfasts (since we checked in early) and even our room was cleaned twice. The breakfast consists of a small basic buffet and a complimentary a la cart menu with eggs, sandwiches etc. They accepted credit cards and spoke English. I recommend this hotel!

A very well situated hotel for a visit to the Sydney area. Close to major mororways and train services making travel easy. The room was clean and well presentted and the staff were exceptional.
Stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are small and super clean / nice. Not a place to plan to remain into the room (the room is small) but iof you are almost the all day out this choice is perfect. 10' away (walking) from downtown I would say this a very Clean//affordable place)
Very nice hotel and staff in the SLU area. Very nice and spacious rooms. Walking distance to most of the nice places in Seattle downtown area. Definitely will plan to stay here again in future.
Nice clean hotel with basic, but sometimes extremely small, rooms. Great service and right next to Ericsson offices. They also have a very tiny 3 equipment gym. I'd recommend it.
I would gladly recommend this place! We had a room with a view and a balcony which was on 4th floor directly above the dolphin pool. We have enjoyed watching the dolphins, it was almost therapeutic. The food was tasty with lots of options.
Absolutely stunning hotel, staff, and service. Everything was above and beyond our groups highest expectations. Highly recommend!
The Grant Hotel was a most pleasant surprise. We stayed there 2 nights while waiting for a cruise to leave. Our room was small but the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.
My family of 4 (2 adults , 2 kids) stayed at the Salisbury New York last Dec 2019 for 4 nights. We were apprehensive at first, cause of the negative reviews of cockroaches and faulty lifts. But we experienced nothing of that sort during our stay. This is a very very old hotel, but it has a great location right opposite the famous Carnegie Hall. So if you are willing to overlook the "oldness" of the hotel, which comes along with worn out (but still works fine) furniture, this is a great place to stay for sleeping a few nights. And at a very reasonable rate given the excellent location. After all, who comes to New York City to spend time in their hotel room??! We love that there were 2 big cupboards in our room. The bathroom was also working well with hot water for showering, there were no tile or basin cracks like some reviews mentioned. Also no cockroaches! Service was excellent, very friendly and professional concierge services and reception.
A good place to stay in Banani. Restaurant is open for 24 hours. Comfortable rooms and good food. Staffs are courteous and the service is also great.The breakfast buffet is good but a few more items would be even better.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was such a lovely surprised when we checked into our room and found wine and chocolates. The location is fantastic, you can walk straight out the back entrance to darling harbour. Room as refurbished and breakfast was good.
Lovely place and great position - but they didn't tell us on booking that there was no breakfast service or room service during the week because the restaurant was only open on weekends during Covid restrictions. Would have been nice to know up front. Other than that, highly recommended.

I usually go to the Le Cabernet coffee shop, 1st floor of the Tuushin Hotel, for meetings and coffee breaks.Usually just for coffee or a quick snack. Last time I ordered and tried the food from the restaurant upstairs. I wanted something meaty so went for khuushuur (fried dumplings). Khushuur tastes good and it made my day very and full for the rest of the day.
Nice hotel in a good location, near Great Goose Pagoda. Staff is very polite but dont speak English very well, that could be improved.
The best ever staying place. The room is fun full of good thing. The staff is so friendly and helpful So RECOMMENDED. The best breakfast. So reach and tasty.
Best value hotel with clean and tidy room, Small swimming pool, gym room, cafe, massage. All staff with great services are exceptionally good and just 3 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates.
A stunning hotel with the most beautiful views of cape town. My room was spacious and decorated well. I love that the toiletries in the bathroom were Charlotte Rhys goodies. Had a full bathroom with separate tub and shower. I had a comfortable sleep and the robe and slippers are always appreciated. Ordered room service and the menu had healthy options. The fish was excellent and portion quite large. A decent breakfast selection. If you have time go walk in the gardens.
Prima Park Hotel. We stayed here for two nights. It is located more or less centrally in Jerusalem city. Rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast spread is nice and contains wide variety. Service is good. Nice place to stay
